Down on the Farm

Life on the farm isn’t just work, work, work. Everyone takes times for fun activities too…like stacking animals.

This Blythe doll is Suri Sustainable, for the theme “Farm Workers” in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr.

Spring!

You have to take advantage of nice spring weather when you can. Today is a beautiful day to walk through the topiary garden at the park.

This Blythe doll is Quintessential Journey for the theme “Walk in the Park” in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr. She’s wearing an outfit from WoolyRockers on Etsy.

She’s Magical

Is it all smoke and mirrors…or is it actually magic? Catch Milly the Magnificent’s midnight show at the Palladian on Friday night and see for yourself.

This Blythe doll is Daunting Drusilla for the theme “Smoke and Mirrors” in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr.

Suri Sustainable

You know that spring is here when the trees are blooming, and the fruit kebab seller returns to the park.

This Blythe doll is Suri Sustainable, posing for the theme “Something on a stick” in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr. I just unboxed her, and she is lovely! Her hair is super thick, and a rich reddish-brown color. It was fine right out of the box—but I was giving some other dolls a spa, so I washed her hair too. Her latte complexion gives her a unique look; she fills a gap in my collection that I didn’t know was there. Her stock outfit is nice, with lots of versatile separates that will mix and match with other dolls’ stock outfits. I’m looking forward to taking more pictures of her!

Art

“We have to make a mark, even if it’s only a scribble.” —John Steinbeck

This Blythe doll is Lovely Katherine’s Corner. It looks like she might have a future in abstract art! This picture is for the theme “Scribble” in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr.

Good Hair

Waffle

Even though I usually save the silly puns for Valentine’s Day, I couldn’t resist going in that direction for today’s theme, “Waffle”, in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr. This beautiful Blythe doll is Devi Delacour. As you may have noticed, the waffle isn’t real; I printed a picture from the internet and cut it out.
