Did you know that baby mermaids have to learn to swim? Only the best adult swimmers under the sea can earn the title of Certified Swimming Instructor, so it’s quite a prestigious accomplishment.
This Blythe doll is Enchanted Petal; the baby mermaid is a mini Lalaloopsy. The background is a batik wall hanging which my daughter made in a high school art class. This picture is for the theme “Mermaid” in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr.
