I took this picture with my iPhone camera; I'm trying to learn to shoot and edit pictures to my satisfaction that way (I usually use a "real" camera and edit in Pic Monkey).

This painting was actually done by my daughter Jenna, a few years ago. I found the nest in a bush in our yard, and she used it as the "model" for the painting--just like Cat is doing here! Cat is a custom Blythe doll by Kaleidoscope Kustoms.

Kat NEVER expected to see her face on the cover of a book!

Using Snapfish, I put together this book for my mom, to help her understand who Blythe is and what I'm doing in my Etsy shop. My mom hasn't seen Blythe in person yet, and she doesn't use a computer, so I thought this would be a good way to explain it all to her. Each page has one or two of my photos, with a descriptive caption...so it's very visual and easy to read and fun to flip through.
