I'm very excited to have been interviewed for the Blythe Life blog! Every March, Michelle chooses 4 people for her "new talent" showcase, and this year I am one of them. Yippee!!
I'm doing a giveaway in conjunction with the interview. If you visit Blythe Life and leave a comment on my interview, you will be entered to win one pair of my hand-embroidered panties. I look forward to reading your comments! I hope you win! Click here to go directly to my interview.

Work in Progress
I'm working on a special-order dress today, for a doll named Birdie. I'm guessing that she has orange hair? Sometimes I know my customers from Facebook or Flick'r, and I know what their dolls look like. This is someone I know only from the orders she has placed with me on Etsy, so I haven't seen her doll.
White dresses with a hand-embroidered name are available on a made-to-order basis in my Etsy shop, Blythe Happy .

Dresses in the Mail
I want to congratulate the winner of my St. Patrick's Day giveaway on Facebook , Bat Juju II! There were 50 people entered in the drawing, and it happened that the name I drew from the bowl is someone I know from Plastic Paradise. Of course, the longer I play with Blythe the more Blythe people I meet, so it shouldn't surprise me when I encounter an acquaintance online. Here's her prize, ready to be mailed tomorrow.
And here's a dress that's already in the mail and should arrive to the recipient tomorrow (so I'm not too worried about posting it here today--even though it is a surprise!) It is for my partner in a little swap we are doing on Facebook in the Pink Palace Blythe and Dolly Sundries group. I love how soft and sweet this dress is, with the lace on the bodice and along the hem. I hope my partner loves it (and the cute little matching panties too!)
I am SUPER BUSY with a new idea for a line of dresses for my Etsy shop, Blythe Happy , and I will show you a sneak-preview later this week (if all goes according to plan!)
Thank you so much for visiting my blog!

A New Obsession
There was a lot of excitement in the dollhouse today...
"Look, Eve, the mailman brought us new Sonny Angels!"
"I'm opening mine now, Penelope!!"
"Me too!"
"I got the cutest little apple! He's the picture on the box!"
"I got the sweetest little shark--just the one I was hoping for!"
The girls aren't the only ones who love Sonny Angels--I must have MORE! I bought these from a seller called Whinycat, and I believe I will place another order...today!

I'm Having a Giveaway!
My favorite day of the year is fast approaching: St. Patrick's Day on March 17th, which also happens to be my birthday! In honor of the occasion, I want to give everyone the chance to win this shamrock-themed dress set that I made for Blythe. The set includes a dress, hairbow, and hand-embroidered panties.
Please visit my Blythe Happy Facebook page to enter. All you have to do is "like" the page, and then leave a comment on the first post there (which tells about this giveaway).
I will choose a random winner from those who have posted there on February 28th (that should leave plenty of time for the prize to reach the winner before the 17th.)

Cow Dress
Wendy and Hope don't feel a bit awkward about wearing the same dress today!
I've been dying to make a dress out of this super-cute cow fabric, and I love how these turned out. (I love how the hairbows turned out too!) I plan to keep one and send the other to a friend. I also plan to make more of these sets in a variety of fabrics, to sell in my Etsy shop.

Blythe Kingdom Swap
I am participating in two Valentine's Day Blythe swaps, and a package arrived today from one of my partners, Heather. When I opened the pretty heart-covered envelope, all these packages spilled out! Calliope has been so spoiled as my doll of the week that she thought they were all for her--but I made her share.
Eve and Grace joined in the fun, and all three girls got dressed in festive new clothes. Calliope is wearing a beautiful bracelet and necklace set that are so tiny and delicate you can barely see them in the picture. Eve is holding a really cute heart-shaped plate with Valentine's treats made of clay, and Grace is wearing our first pixie hat!
This was such a great swap, I was very lucky to have Heather for my partner!
