Starting at the top right and going clockwise, these Blythe dolls are My Little Candy, Tsumori Spirit, Coco Collette, Simply Lilac, Cadence Majorette, and Cream Cheese and Jam. This picture is for the theme "Barefoot" in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr. (There's no hidden object, again--ugh. I just can't remember to include it.)

Although their hair is almost exactly the same, they have several differences:

Collette:
--thicker hair
--pink lips
--eye colors brown (right), pink (forward), blue (left), and green (forward)
--skin-tone pull ring

Stella:
--thinner hair 
--peach lips
--peach nail polish
--stud earrings
--eye colors pink (right), amber (forward), dark green (left), and blue (forward)
--pink pull ring

What Happens Here Stays Here

The best thing about being with your BFF is knowing that whatever happens stays here. Even if you're just doing crafts together. 

This is for the theme "What Happens Here Stays Here" in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr. These BFF's do look alike, but they are two different releases: the girl on the left is Stella Savannah, and the girl on the right is Coco Collette.

Princess...Layla?

These undies are fit for a princess!

This is actually "Princess" Collette (my Coco Collette Blythe doll). The panties are a recent custom order. I don't always take pictures of my custom orders, but I do like to have something new to post on my Blythe Happy Facebook page once in a while, so I came up with this. I used the color red as my theme to pull it together...did you notice that Collette's dress is made from the same silk fabric I used for the background?  Another item of note is her crown...it is a hairclip that is just perfect for Blythe. I bought one the first time I went to the store World of Mirth. When I got home and tried it on a doll, I regretted that I only bought one, so I went back the next week and got ten more!!! They come in different sparkly colors...gold, blue, pink, and white, in addition to silver. Some day I will have to do a picture of a princess lineup.

These beautiful almost-twin sisters are Coco Collette (left) and Stella Savannah (right). The differences are small, but apparent once you look closely:

Collette:
--thicker hair
--pink lips
--eye colors brown (right), pink (forward), blue (left), and green (forward)

Stella:
--thinner hair (you can see her scalp near the top of her head in this picture)
--peach lips
--peach nail polish
--stud earrings
--eye colors pink (right), amber (forward), dark green (left), and blue (forward)

Despite the fact that Stella has the added features of earrings, nail polish, and two pairs of special colored eye chips, Collette is my favorite of the two, because her hair is better, and I prefer her pink lips. (Coco Collette comes in a beautiful blue and pink dress, which I love too!)

Origami

Collette has worked all week to make this string of paper cranes to give to her friend for her birthday. An ancient Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish...so, Collette's wish is that her friend will have a year full of health and prosperity.

Many thanks to Sara Ricer who actually folded all those tiny cranes. She gave us this garland as part of a swap gift--isn't that awesome?

 Collette is a girly girl whose favorite things are ribbons and bows. She's just back from a shopping trip and she is so excited about these purchases: a big purple bow for her hair, and a pretty pair of panties with a bow embroidered on them!

She tried to follow the directions to her friend's house, but Collette feared that she was hopelessly lost in the maze of streets and alleys in this ancient town.

This pretty girl is Coco Collette...I'm not sure if I will always call her Collette, or if she will get a new name at some point.
