Elegance in Red

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
--Leonardo da Vinci

This Blythe doll is Elegant Ellie, wearing the stock dress from Love Mission. I think this dress is perfect on her! The background is a piece of artist's paper from the quarterly magazine, Somerset Studio.

Pizza

Elegant Ellie gives off a whole different vibe when she's dressed casually in a t-shirt and skirt vs. her elegant stock outfit--she's quite versatile that way. This picture is #14 in my Valentine's Day 2020: Kitschy Valentines series.

Cookies

Ellie says: "It's not too early to start your Christmas baking. Freeze now, eat later. Or, eat now. It's all good."

Oh how I love Elegant Ellie. Her coloring is AMAZING, right?? The pan of cookies is an ornament from World Market.

Many Hands Make Light Work

When everyone works together, the decorating gets done so much faster.

These Blythe dolls are, from left to right: Cream Cheese and Jam, Cinema Princess, and Elegant Ellie. I made the dresses; the two hats on the left are from Paper Source; the hat on the right is a dog hat from Walmart and it fits Blythe PERFECTLY!

Ellie

Today I'm giving thanks for this gorgeous new doll: Elegant Ellie! I LOVE her in these colors! Usually, my first picture of a new doll shows her wearing her stock outfit...but I wanted to use her for this theme and these colors, so the stock outfit can wait. Dress and sweater from Blythe Happy.
