For the month of April, most of my Blythe pictures will have something to do with art, since that is the theme for the monthly giveaway in Blythe World on Facebook. I’ve actually made quite a few art-themed photos in the past, such as this one; if I run out of ideas I might recycle them! When the world-famous artist, Thomas DePorter, said he wanted to draw Cindy, she thought he was joking; after all, she is just an average Blythe. But the finished portrait, which is almost life-size, has just been delivered, and he had made her look like fine art!

I didn’t realize that I was going to become a plangonologist when I bought my first Blythe thirteen years ago, but here I am, with over 100 Neo Blythes, a dozen Middies, and 15 and a half Petites (one of them has no legs, she’s the half). It’s funny how many other dolls have joined them; I have a lot of Sonny Angels and Mini Lalaloopsy’s, and quite a few other random dolls, as you can see in this picture.
