Theme: Rain

Look who arrived just in time for today's theme: Playful Raindrops! I ordered her a couple of months ago, when she was still in "sketch" form. Her clothes are really cute--the raincoat is a completely new item in my dolls' collective wardrobe, and her dress is a cute too (I'll have to show you that another time). The boots fit very tightly;  the right one in particular was hard to get all the way on, and she isn't wearing socks or stockings, so these might get passed down to one of her Middie sisters.

She has the shortest hair of any of my dolls. You can't see it here with the hood on, but it is a rather modern haircut: slightly shorter in back and longer in the front. I don't know if that was intentional or not, but it is cute! I'm surprised it's perfectly straight, though, because in her "official" photos the ends are curled up. The color is exactly the same as Cousin Olivia and Ice Rune.

Every new dolly needs a name, and I've decided to continue the watery theme and call her Marina.
