This Blythe doll is Cinema Princess. The little boy doll is a Sonny Angel. The rainbow dress was made by an artist named Aimee Ray. Earlier in her career she made a lot of cute Blythe dresses (I found a picture of this one in her Flickr account, dated 2012.)
