This Petite Blythe doll is Sweet Spell Scarlet, for “Party” on Facebook. Everything else in the picture is from the Calico Critters Halloween Surprise Party Set—even the background! That’s the box the set came in. Her hat is part of the set too; her black witch hat was too tall for this room.
