Here's a picture of my family when I was very little. Daddy used to hold me and call me his very own doll.
This gorgeous Blythe doll is "Magical World of Sugar Sugar Rune Chocolat Blythe"--I usually just call her Chocolat Blythe. She is posing for the theme "Daddy's Doll" in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr. I made the dress, and I printed the picture of Harry and Meghan from the internet.
Beautiful. I was, and still am, Daddy's Girl, even though I'm nearly an old lady myself. Who comes up with these wonderful Blythe names? :)
ReplyDeleteFamily ties are so important; how sweet that you still consider yourself a daddy's girl, Jane! As for the doll names...I wonder about some of them too! My thought is that part of it might be cultural, since they are made in Japan, and part of it might be the translation into English.
